These Blueberry Oatmeal Bars are packed full of delicious oats and bursting blueberries.

I absolutely love blueberries; I especially love to use blueberries in baking. What about you?

These Blueberry Oatmeal Bars are great for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or even for dessert. Your whole family will enjoy eating these Blueberry Oatmeal Bars and will be asking for you to make them again and again.

Blueberry Oatmeal Bars Recipe

Prepare a 9×9 baking pan by spraying with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Next, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Gently, fold in the blueberries. 

Blueberry Oatmeal Bars

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread out evenly.

Bake at 350°F oven for 30-35 minutes until the bars are cooked and the top is lightly browned. Allow the bars to cool, before slicing them into nine squares. 

The Blueberry Oatmeal Bars can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-5 days; if they last that long.

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups blueberries
