This delicious S'mores Ice Cream is easy to make and tastes just like freshly roasted over the campfire s'mores with chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker.

In our house, we absolutely love making s’mores, however, during the summer it is so hot outside that we do not want to have a campfire. Therefore, S’mores Ice Cream is the ultimate way to enjoy this summer treat.

This creamy and flavorful S’mores Ice Cream recipe is so easy to make. It uses simple ingredients to make the perfect combination that makes you think that you are eating a real s’more. This ice cream recipe will become a family favorite and will be requested on repeat!

I use this ice cream maker and have had it for close to 8 years. It’s easy to use and still works perfectly. The ice cream always comes out creamy and smooth.

I love these 1.5-quart ice cream storage containers! The ice cream always stays creamy inside because they are double-insulated and the container doesn’t create condensation all over the counter. Also, the elongated design makes scooping your ice cream so much easier.

S’mores Ice Cream

Spread the marshmallows out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and broil in the oven until the tops are golden brown. Make sure to watch your marshmallows while they are in the oven so that they do not burn.

In a blender, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and the toasted marshmallows. Fill the ice cream maker with the mixture. While the machine is running add in the crushed graham crackers. Allow the machine to run for 15-20 minutes.

Serve or freeze for later. Ice cream will be very soft right out of the machine.

When serving, top with your favorite garnishments like chocolate shavings, chocolate syrup, crushed graham cracker, and/or marshmallows.

Tip:  When making ice cream make sure to keep your cold ingredients in the fridge and your frozen ice cream insert in the freezer until you are ready to use.
