Quick Corn on the Cob

May 29, 2014 By: mybigfathappylife

Quick Corn on the Cob | mybigfathappylife.com

I love corn on the cob.  It’s not summer without picking up a bunch of ears and having a bbq.

I remember when I was a teenager and we lived in Wisconsin, we’d stop on the side of the road and get a whole bag full of corn on the cob!

S loves corn on the cob and will clean the entire cob!  So needless to say we end up eating tons of it.

Here’s a tip on how to make corn on the cob quick and it’s so simple that I am almost embarrassed to write it out!

love love love corn on the cob! We especially love to grill it – leave in the husk and soak for about an hour in cold water then toss on the grill while cooking the rest of your food. I think hubby leaves it on there about 30 mins and usually is cooking around 350 but don’t quote me on that lol. If you get time, stop by and link up to our Snickerdoodle Sunday (Sun 8pm ET – Tues 8pm ET). Bring the corn!
