What I Would Eat at Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival | mybigfathappylife.com

We are not able to visit Disney World this fall but that has not kept me from dreaming about what food we would eat if we were attending Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival.  Below is a list of foods that we would be purchasing during the festival if we were attending.

Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival

Africa- Buttered chicken with micro cilantro and naan bread

Australia – Grilled sweet and spicy bush berry shrimp with pineapple, peppers, onions, and snap peas

Belgium –Belgian waffle with warm chocolate ganache and whipped cream or Belgian waffle with berry compote and whipped cream (both are delicious) and Chilled coffee featuring Godiva Chocolate Liqueur

Canada – Canadian cheddar cheese soup and Chicken sausage with creamy polenta and Minus 8 onion jam and“Le Cellier” wild mushroom beef filet mignon with truffle butter sauce (you cannot go wrong in Canada)

Cheese Studio – Sweet goat cheese panna cotta with guava gellé

Chew Lab – Liquid nitro chocolate almond truffle with warm whiskey caramel

China – Black pepper shrimp with Sichuan noodles

Desserts and Champaign – Cream soda float with caramel ice cream and Frozen S’mores featuring Monin® Toasted Marshmallow SyrupIMG_5949

Dominacan Republic – Lechón asado: Roasted pork with mangú, pickled red onion and avocado

Farm Fresh – Loaded Mac and cheese and Hard cider flight: Woodchuck Raspberry Hard Cider, Wyder’s® Dry Pear Hard Cider, Two Henrys Elderberry Hard Cider and ACE Hard Pumpkin Cider

France – Boeuf bourguignon: Braised short ribs in cabernet with mashed potatoes and Crème brûlée vanille chocolat: Vanilla & chocolate crème brûlée topped with caramelized sugar

Germany – Schinkennudeln: Pasta gratin with ham and cheese and Roast bratwurst in a pretzel roll

Greece – Greek salad in a cone, Chicken gyro with tzatziki sauce and Spanakopita

Hawai’i – Kālua pork slider with sweet and sour Dole® Pineapple chutney and spicy mayonnaise

Hops and Barley – Florida grass fed beef slider with pimento cheese and Fresh baked carrot cake with Craisins® and cream cheese icing

Ireland – Warm chocolate pudding with Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur Custard

Italy – Ravioli alla caprese: Cheese ravioli, tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan and basil and Filetto di pollo, con funghi al marsala: Chicken tenderloin, cremini mushrooms, marsala sauce and ciabatta bread and Cannoli al cioccolato: Chocolate-covered cannoli filled with sweet ricotta, chocolate and candied fruit

Mexico – Tacos de camarón: Battered shrimp, pico de gallo, pickled onions, and chipotle mayonnaise, Chilaquiles de pollo: Corn chips layered with seasoned chicken, queso fresco, sour cream and cilantro and Pastel de elote con queso: sweet corn cheesecake

Morocco – Harissa chicken roll

Patagonia – Grilled beef skewer with chimichurri sauce and boniato purée

Refreshment Port – Pineapple Dole Whip soft-serve ice cream with Bacardí® Coconut Rum

Refreshment Cool Post – Spicy hot dogs with kimchi slaw and korean mustard and Frozen “Brown Elephant”

South Korea – Roasted pork lettuce wrap with kimchi slaw
