Have your children gone back to school?  We started this week!

Technology is a huge part of our back to school life.   My daughter attends a virtual school, so everything from communicating with other students and her teachers to reading books to completing her coursework to attending club meetings/extracurricular activities are all done from a computer.

Part of the success of my daughter attending a virtual school is having all the tools she needs to succeed along with having an environment that is conducive to learning.  Today I’m sharing tips on how to start off the school year right by setting up a homework station.

Tips for Setting Up a Homework Station

  • Proper Lighting – Your child being able to see to read and write without strain on their eyes is so important.
  • Limiting Distractions – You will want to eliminate background noise, so no tvs on.  I would also remove any personal cell phones while working on homework/schoolwork.How to Setup a Homework Station #BTSwithHP #ad | mybigfathappylife.com
  • Have a HP All-in-One Computer with Wifi Connection – Whether your child is completing homework, looking up data for a report or communicating with their teacher or your family is surfing or streaming this budget friendly reliable All-in-One from HP has been redesigned to give everyone what they need.
  • Comfortable Chair – Allows your child to be able to sit for longer periods of time.
  • Office/school supplies within reach – Having everything your child needs to complete their homework within reach allows them to stay seated and focused on their assignment. How to Setup a Homework Station #BTSwithHP #ad | mybigfathappylife.com
  • A Place to Store Papers – Having a place for papers that need to be returned to school or papers coming home from school or important papers from the school.

I am loving the pop of color on the back of the HP All-in-One 20-c023w.  The computer is completely redesigned with a stylish stand and colorful ripple pattern.  I am also enjoying the new white color for the HP computer.  With the latest processors and plenty of storage power your family’s needs will be covered.  It’s ready for you.

This HP All-in-One is all new and located in the electronics department at Walmart.  It’s not only affordable but a great value that is perfect for whatever your family wants to throw at it including gaming.  The HP All-in-One is backed by over 100 tests, so the quality you expect and count on is there.  Does anyone else like to browse the newest computers?

Very cute! Where did you get the monitor stand? I love that it’s narrower than most!

It’s from Ikea, but it’s several years old.
