Meal Planner + Food Packing List
To save myself time when preparing for an upcoming camping trip in our camper, I created a meal planner that helps me schedule out what we will eat along with a packing list so that I do not forget anything. The packing list has essential items that I take each trip and space for additional items that I might need for each meal. Great news! I am sharing both my meal planner and food packing list with you here.
What do we eat while we are camping? We are not fussy, so usually hamburgers, hot dogs or brats with potato salad or pasta salad and fruit or a vegetable. For lunch, we usually have tuna salad or chicken salad sandwiches with fruit. Breakfast always includes coffee with Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee Creamers Singles and pancakes or if we need to get out the door faster: granola bars, yogurt or oatmeal. Don’t forget to pack s’more ingredients!
